Synopsis

Maria Osawa is a Japanese photographer currently based in Shanghai, China. Together with her partner Mino, explore the city and explore the possibilities of messages. Strange things happen at a local festival, and Maria and Mino quickly investigate. The two soon find themselves involved in a fight between a strange masked man and a strange white-haired woman. Just as Maria is caught in a shootout, an old friend of hers named Kanaan appears and helps Maria escape. However, a sinister conspiracy soon unfolds involving a deadly virus, and Kanan realizes he must face his past if he has any chance of stopping the perpetrators and saving his friends.
