There is no one at Sakuradamon High School who does not know the legend of Seiji Sawamura, also known as "Mad Dog", of his right-hand man with magical powers. His reputation makes him rather difficult to approach girls. Surprisingly, after waking up the next morning, Seiji discovers that his demonic right hand has mysteriously transformed into a miniature girl, Midori Kasugano. Their situation is not ideal for either of them, so Seiji tries to bring Midori back to normal. The two of them decided to keep their predicament quiet until a solution could be found. Thus begins a strange relationship that could be Midori's only chance to finally be together with the person she loves.
